Role Description The Aptitude Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The trainer will deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students preparing for placements.

Responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating practice questions and assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes. The role involves coordinating with academic and placement teams to align training with company recruitment patterns and student needs.



The trainer will also support doubt-clearing sessions, maintain training reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to break down concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations.
- Proven classroom training or teaching experience, preferably with college students or placement-focused programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and manage classroom dynamics.
- Comfort with creating practice problems, tests, and solution explanations, and using data from assessments to guide further instruction.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with academic/placement teams, and adapt to structured training schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields are an advantage.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment processes, major IT/tech recruiters’ aptitude patterns, and current placement trends is highly beneficial.
- Solid mentoring mindset, patience, and a student-centered approach, with a commitment to helping learners achieve placement goals.
