Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver high-quality aptitude training sessions for students preparing for campus placements and competitive assessments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jodhpur and involves planning lessons, creating practice materials, and conducting interactive classes on topics such as quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal aptitude. The trainer will assess learners’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the content and academic teams, staying updated on latest placement patterns and test formats,



and maintaining detailed records of student progress. The role also involves mentoring students on exam strategies, time management, and confidence building to help them succeed in interviews and tests.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, clear explanations.
- Proven classroom training or teaching experience, preferably with college students or early-career professionals preparing for placements or competitive exams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, create practice questions, and use assessment data to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Comfort with using digital tools, online learning platforms, and basic productivity software to support instruction and track progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or Education are an added advantage.
- Strong mentoring mindset, patience, and a learner-centric approach, with a commitment to inclusivity and supporting students from varied backgrounds.
- Prior exposure to campus recruitment processes, placement preparation, or test-prep organizations is highly beneficial.
