About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Apptio FinOps Dashboard Analyst to support Technology Business Management (TBM), cloud financial management, and executive reporting. The role focuses on ApptioOne, Cloudability, FinOps analytics, dashboard development, and cloud cost optimization across cloud and infrastructure environments.

The candidate will manage Apptio platforms, maintain cost models and allocation structures, and develop executive dashboards using Apptio and Power BI. The role involves analyzing cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and GCP, tracking budgets and savings initiatives, and identifying opportunities to optimize technology costs.

The analyst will also support financial forecasting, data validation, automated reporting, and governance processes. Working closely with Finance, Cloud, Infrastructure, and leadership teams, the candidate will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business reviews and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Apptio TBM, ApptioOne, and Cloudability platforms, including cost models, mappings, allocations, and integrations.
- Design and maintain executive KPI dashboards and reports using Apptio and Power BI.
- Analyze cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and GCP to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Track budgets, actual spending, savings initiatives, cost avoidance, and commitment utilization.
- Develop automated trackers, forecasting models, KPI scorecards, and infrastructure performance reports.




- Support chargeback/showback models and maintain financial hierarchies and service cost structures.
- Validate and reconcile financial, cloud, CMDB, and operational data to maintain reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Cloud, Infrastructure, and leadership teams to present insights and recommendations.
