Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will primarily be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for campus placements and competitive exams. Day-to-day tasks include planning and structuring lessons, creating and updating teaching materials, explaining concepts with clarity, conducting practice sessions and assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role involves closely tracking learner progress, identifying gaps, and adapting teaching approaches to different learning styles.





The trainer will also collaborate with other team members to refine curriculum, support workshops and bootcamps, and contribute to overall student success metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur.

Qualifications

- Solid command over quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, teachable steps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear classroom delivery, doubt clarification, and student engagement.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students for campus placements, competitive exams, or similar aptitude-based assessments.
- Ability to design and use learning materials such as worksheets, practice questions, mock tests, and performance tracking tools.
- Comfort with basic technology tools (presentation software, online test platforms, learning management systems) to support instruction.
- Strong classroom management skills, including maintaining a positive learning environment and motivating diverse groups of learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or related fields is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and willingness to continuously learn and update content based on industry trends and recruiter requirements.
