Essential:

- Configure and administer AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk platforms.
- Monitor application, infrastructure, and business transaction performance.
- Perform proactive performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Identify bottlenecks using traces, logs, and metrics.
- Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance recommendations.
- Support production incidents and critical application outages.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow, CI/CD, and automation platforms.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and SRE teams.
- Maintain monitoring standards and observability best practices.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
