Role Description<

/strong> We are looking for a skilled Antenna Design Engineer with strong expertise in antenna design, RF circuit design, and wireless communication technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, simulating, developing, and validating high-performance antennas and RF front-end circuits for products supporting 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and other wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop RF antennas for 4G, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and other wireless communication applications.
- Perform antenna matching and impedance tuning to achieve optimal RF performance.
- Design, simulate, and optimize RF front-end circuits, including matching networks, filters,

baluns, LNAs, and PAs.
- Conduct RF simulations using industry-standard electromagnetic simulation tools.
- Optimize antenna placement and layout on PCB to achieve desired radiation performance while minimizing interference.
- Perform antenna characterization, tuning,



and validation using RF test equipment such as

Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Spectrum Analyzer, and Network Analyzer.
- Work closely with hardware, PCB layout, mechanical, and embedded software teams during product development.
- Identify and resolve RF performance issues related to antenna efficiency, impedance matching, isolation, and coexistence.
- Ensure products comply with EMI/EMC standards and support certification activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reports, test reports, and validation records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and electromagnetic theory.
- Hands-on experience in antenna design and antenna matching techniques.
- Robust understanding of RF simulation and optimization methodologies.
- Experience in designing antennas for 4G, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS applications.
- Expertise in PCB antenna placement and RF layout guidelines.
- Experience in RF front-end design and matching network development.
- Good understanding of EMI/EMC principles and RF compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with RF measurements using VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, and related RF test equipment.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics

Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- Experience 6+ (Industry Exp)

• Strong understanding of RF design principles and antenna performance optimization.

- Experience working on end-to-end antenna development from concept to production.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex RF and antenna-related issues independently
