Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain Android Automotive / Android Middleware components.
- Work on Android framework and middleware layers for automotive infotainment and digital cockpit systems.
- Develop and integrate Android services, system components, and APIs.
- Work closely with HAL, framework, application, and hardware teams for end-to-end feature integration.
- Analyze and resolve complex system, performance, stability, and integration issues.
- Participate in architecture/design discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
- Debug issues using Android logs, dumps, traces, and relevant debugging tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, system integration, and testing.
- Support software integration, validation, and production issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in Android Automotive / Android Middleware / Android Framework development .




- Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Java .
- Good understanding of Android Framework, AOSP, Android services, Binder/IPC, and system architecture .
- Experience with Android Automotive (AAOS) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of HAL, AIDL/HIDL, Linux, and embedded systems .
- Experience with Android build systems such as Soong/Gradle .
- Positive debugging and troubleshooting skills using ADB, logcat, dumpsys, traces , etc.
- Exposure to automotive infotainment, digital cockpit, vehicle systems, or embedded platforms is an advantage.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, debugging, integration, and testing.
