Role Description The Analytical Scientist – Pharmaceuticals is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will design, develop, and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical and specialty chemical products, ensuring accuracy, precision, and regulatory compliance. Daily responsibilities include performing routine and non-routine analyses, operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, documenting results in accordance with internal standards and GMP requirements, and troubleshooting analytical issues.

The role involves collaborating with R&D;, production, and quality teams to support product development, process optimization, and quality control.

The Analytical

Scientist will also contribute to technical reports, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Methods Development and Method Development skills for pharmaceutical and specialty chemical applications.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, validate results, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess robust Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, instrument operation, and adherence to laboratory protocols.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with common analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution testing) and data analysis software.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow and write SOPs and technical reports.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced R&D; environment.
