Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on or working knowledge of Cisco CUCM and Cisco Unity Connection.

- Understanding of SIP, VoIP, dial plans, call routing, PSTN connectivity, PRI, and SIP trunks.

- Basic Cisco IOS CLI knowledge for gateway checks, troubleshooting, debugs, and log collection.

- Experience with ServiceNow for incident, service request, and change management.

- Ability to coordinate with telecom vendors and manage technical support cases.

- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to Cisco UCCX, Expressway, and Cisco SME.

- Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony or enterprise voice solutions.

- Familiarity with IPC Unigy, trading turrets, or trading-floor telephony environments.

- Basic knowledge of Cisco UCS and VMware ESXi.

- Experience supporting voice platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.

- Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification.

- Experience in financial services or banking environments.
