We are looking for experienced professionals in US Healthcare Medical Coding to lead delivery operations, coding quality, productivity, and client deliverables across multiple medical coding specialties. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in US healthcare coding, team management, operational excellence, and quality improvement, with the ability to drive performance in a day-shift environment.
1. Assistant Manager – Delivery (E&M; / Surgery)

Location: Chennai Experience Requirement: Candidates should have worked at the Assistant Manager level for at least a few months, along with relevant medical coding delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day delivery operations for Evaluation & Management (E&M;) and Surgery medical coding processes.
- Lead, coach, and mentor medical coders to achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Monitor coding accuracy, productivity, attendance, and SLA/KPI performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and US healthcare coding guidelines.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with quality, training, and client-facing teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and review operational reports and dashboards.

Preferred Profile: Experience managing E&M; and Surgery coding teams in a US healthcare medical coding environment, with demonstrated team-handling and delivery management skills.

1. Senior Manager – Delivery (HCC / Risk Adjustment)

Location: Bangalore Experience Requirement: Minimum 8 years of relevant HCC / Risk Adjustment coding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery operations for Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) and Risk Adjustment coding.




- Manage multiple teams and operational leaders to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Drive coding accuracy, documentation compliance, and adherence to applicable CMS and risk adjustment guidelines.
- Monitor operational performance, audit trends, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
- Partner with quality, training, and client stakeholders to improve coding outcomes.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for recurring quality and productivity issues.
- Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Develop team leaders and build a high-performance delivery organization.
- Present business performance updates and improvement plans to senior leadership.

Preferred Profile: Strong leadership experience in US healthcare HCC / Risk Adjustment coding operations, with the ability to manage teams, delivery performance, and client expectations.

1. Senior Manager – Delivery Quality (Multispecialty Coding)

Location: Chennai Experience Requirement: Candidates should have Manager-level experience for approximately 2 years, with strong expertise in multispecialty medical coding quality and audit management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality management for multispecialty US healthcare medical coding operations.
- Establish and monitor coding quality benchmarks, audit parameters, and performance scorecards.
- Oversee internal audits, quality reviews, feedback mechanisms, and corrective action plans.
- Analyze coding errors, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to applicable ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and specialty-specific coding guidelines.
- Partner with delivery, training, and compliance teams to improve coding accuracy.
- Drive coder development through targeted feedback, calibration sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Monitor quality trends, audit performance,



and improvement metrics across teams.
- Support client audits, quality reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop quality analysts, auditors, and quality team leaders.

Preferred Profile: Strong experience in US healthcare medical coding quality, multispecialty coding audits, quality governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Common Requirements

- Strong understanding of applicable US medical coding guidelines and compliance requirements.
