We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy Video Creator who can produce engaging, high-quality videos at scale using AI tools. The ideal candidate must be excellent at writing attention-grabbing scripts, creating powerful opening hooks, and editing videos that make viewers stop scrolling within the first second.

We need someone who understands what captures attention on social media and can turn ideas into compelling videos consistently, quickly, and creatively.

Key Responsibilities

- Scroll-Stopping Hooks: Create powerful opening frames, hooks, and visuals that capture attention within the first 1 second.
- Scriptwriting: Write engaging, persuasive, curiosity-driven scripts that keep viewers watching until the end.
- AI Video Production: Use AI video-generation tools and advanced prompting techniques to create videos efficiently and at scale.
- Bulk Video Creation: Develop repeatable workflows to produce multiple high-quality videos daily without compromising creativity.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos with excellent pacing, transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and visual storytelling.
- Retention Optimization: Understand audience psychology, storytelling, pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, and techniques that improve watch time.
- Trend Research: Identify trending formats, viral video structures, and successful hooks to develop fresh content ideas.
- Continuous Experimentation: Test different hooks, scripts, visuals, and editing styles to improve viewer retention and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for video creation and editing.




- Excellent prompt-writing and prompt-engineering skills for AI-generated videos, visuals, and voiceovers.
- Exceptional scriptwriting skills, especially for short-form content.
- A strong understanding of the first-second hook and scroll-stopping techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
- Ability to transform a simple idea into an engaging video with a strong hook, clear narrative, and compelling ending.
- Ability to produce content in bulk using efficient, repeatable workflows.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, retention-focused editing, and AI-generated content.

We want a creative thinker, not just someone who knows how to cut clips together. You should understand why people stop scrolling, what makes them curious, and how to keep them watching. Important: Solid scripting, first-second hooks, AI prompting, and high-volume production are essential. Candidates who only perform basic video editing without these skills are not the right fit.

Application Requirements

Candidates must have a sample video ready to showcase their skills in AI video generation, prompt engineering, video editing, and scriptwriting. The sample should demonstrate a solid scroll-stopping hook within the first second, engaging storytelling, and high-quality editing.

Please be prepared to share your video portfolio, AI tools used, and examples of scripts or hooks you have written during the interview process.
