We help organizations modernize their technology landscape and accelerate business transformation through Microsoft Azure, Data & AI, intelligent automation, generative AI, and modern cloud solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on AI delivery experience with customer-facing presales and consulting expertise to identify high-value AI use cases, design secure and scalable AI architectures, develop demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, estimate delivery effort, and guide solutions from concept through production adoption. The successful candidate will have strong experience across Azure AI services, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, with a strong focus on security, responsible AI, governance, evaluation, monitoring, and enterprise adoption.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise AI presales engagements from discovery and use-case identification through solution architecture, demonstration, proposal, and technical closure.
- Engage with customers and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI and generative AI use cases.
- Design secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective enterprise AI architectures using Microsoft Azure AI and related services.
- Architect solutions leveraging Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI capabilities, generative AI, intelligent agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design AI-powered applications using large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, AI agents, and enterprise data sources. Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, APIs, databases, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Lead customer workshops, AI strategy sessions, architecture reviews, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop demonstrations and prototypes that clearly communicate the technical feasibility and business value of proposed AI solutions.
- Define AI solution roadmaps covering proof of concept, pilot, production deployment, scaling, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Support delivery estimation, effort sizing, resource planning, Azure consumption estimates, and solution cost modeling.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, High-Level Designs, technical proposals, Statements of Work, estimates, implementation roadmaps, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Lead AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment, evaluation, monitoring, optimization, and operational handover.
- Define AI evaluation strategies covering accuracy, relevance, groundedness, safety, latency, cost, reliability, and user experience.
- Design monitoring and observability strategies for AI applications, models, agents, prompts, data pipelines, and production workloads.
- Implement responsible AI practices covering security, privacy, governance, access control, content safety, transparency, human oversight, and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, data engineering, application development, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, project management, and Microsoft stakeholders. – Develop reusable AI reference architectures, accelerators, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, frameworks, and technical assets.
- Mentor AI engineers, developers, data scientists,



and consultants while promoting architecture standards and responsible AI best practices.
- Stay current with emerging generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, foundation models, and enterprise AI trends.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10–15+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, data, cloud, AI/ML, architecture, consulting, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise AI and machine learning solutions.
- Proven experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment and adoption.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure cloud architecture.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle management, data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language model solutions.
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases/search, prompt engineering, grounding, and AI application patterns.

- Experience with Azure Machine Learning and AI/ML lifecycle practices.
- Robust understanding of AI security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, identity, access control, and enterprise compliance.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and business data.
- Strong programming experience with Python and/or other relevant languages such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with APIs, cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and production deployment practices.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, presales, technical presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
