Job Responsibilities:

- Contact existing insurance customers and agency partners regarding policy renewals.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.

- Coordinate with agents, advisors, and internal teams to manage renewal requests.

- Explain policy renewal terms, premiums, and available options to customers.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update renewal status in the CRM.

- Achieve monthly renewal targets and improve customer retention.

- Resolve customer queries and provide support throughout the renewal process.
