We're Hiring: Agent Onboarding Specialist | 4 Openings | Bangalore

TabAirTrade is expanding its global network of verified agents, and we're looking to appoint 4 Agent Onboarding Specialists based out of our Bangalore office to lead that growth. This role is the front line of our agent network, identifying the right people, bringing them onto the platform, and setting them up to succeed.

What you'll do

- Identify, approach, and onboard current agents into TabAirTrade's global aircraft parts marketplace
- Guide prospective agents through verification, platform training, and account activation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation industry contacts and stakeholders
- Drive agent engagement and activation targets across assigned regions
- Work closely with the sales and sourcing teams to align onboarding with network growth goals
- Represent TabAirTrade's value proposition clearly and professionally to prospective partners





What we're looking for

- Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (required)
- Prior professional background in the aviation industry, aircraft parts, MRO, airlines, or aviation services (required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A target-driven mindset with experience in B2B sales or business development
- Comfortable coordinating with agents and partners across different regions and time zones
- Self-starter who can manage a full onboarding pipeline independently
