Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Advertiser Growth Manager to drive advertiser and agency acquisition for SKyline Digital Growth's domestic and international affiliate marketing business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new advertisers, brands, affiliate networks, and performance marketing agencies across multiple geographies.

This is a business development and revenue growth-focused role requiring hands-on experience in CPS (Cost Per Sale), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CPI (Cost Per Install) campaign models.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new advertisers, direct brands, affiliate networks, and performance marketing agencies across domestic and international markets.

Develop a strong pipeline of potential advertisers through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.

Pitch SKyline's performance marketing capabilities and negotiate competitive commercial terms, payouts, and campaign agreements.

Acquire and launch performance marketing campaigns across CPS, CPL, and CPI models.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers and agency partners to drive recurring business and revenue growth.





Coordinate with affiliate management and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign activation, delivery, and scaling.

Identify current business opportunities, emerging verticals, and strategic partnerships across global markets.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for advertiser acquisition, campaign onboarding, and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in advertiser acquisition, business development, or affiliate/performance marketing.

Mandatory hands-on knowledge of CPS, CPL, and CPI campaign models.

Experience working with domestic (India) and international advertisers, agencies, or affiliate networks.

Proven ability to acquire advertisers, negotiate payouts, and close commercial partnerships.

Good understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, campaign KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance marketing ecosystems.

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
