Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding prospective families through the enrollment process at Footprints Preschool and Daycare. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries, conducting center tours, explaining programs and policies, and addressing parent questions with clarity and empathy. The role involves maintaining admission records, following up with leads, supporting enrollment targets,



and collaborating with the center team to ensure a positive parent experience.

The Admissions

Counselor also assists with admission events, coordinates with academic and operations staff, and helps ensure that communication with families reflects the organization’s commitment to safety, transparency, and high-quality early education.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage with parents and staff effectively.
- Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming, responsive, and solution-oriented experience for families.
- Sales skills to manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and support enrollment goals in a professional manner.
- Understanding of Education environments, preferably early childhood or school settings, to explain programs and policies confidently.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, front office, or parent-facing roles in education or services sectors.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using basic computer applications, CRM or admission management tools, and mobile-based communication platforms.
- Diploma or degree in Education, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field
