About the Role.

Kalinga University is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into applications and confirmed admissions by providing appropriate guidance.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, placement support, and campus facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.




- Achieve admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the university.

Eligibility & Requirement

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admission counselling, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.
