Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wintel L2 Engineer to provide operational support and administration of Windows Server infrastructure, VMware virtualization platforms, and Azure IaaS environments. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, patching, system upgrades, performance optimization, and ensuring the availability and stability of enterprise infrastructure.

Experience with Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022/2025). Perform server administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and health monitoring. Manage VMware infrastructure including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter. Handle VM provisioning, decommissioning, snapshot management, and capacity planning.



Perform monthly patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities. Support Azure IaaS workloads, including VMs, storage, networking, and monitoring. Monitor and maintain server and hardware health for Dell and Lenovo platforms. Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem records within defined SLAs. Participate in planned maintenance, change implementation, and DR activities. Work with backup, security, network, and application teams for issue resolution. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Support infrastructure optimization initiatives and automation activities.
