Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.




- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support financial planning activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications

- - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- - 5+ years of skilled experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control / Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP system in MNC
- - Proven experience of 5+ years in SAP (FI-AR) is mandatory.
