Role Description The Accounting Intern role at PInterview is a full time remote position. The intern will assist with the preparation and review of basic financial statements, recording journal entries, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Day-to-day tasks include supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciling transactions, and updating financial data in accounting software under supervision. The intern will help compile reports for management, assist with simple financial analyses,



and ensure documentation is organized and compliant with internal policies. Collaboration with finance and operations team members, timely completion of assigned tasks, and willingness to learn new tools and processes are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Financial Statements and apply foundational Finance concepts.
- Experience or training in Accounting Software and comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets).
- Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail in reviewing data and transactions.
- Knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting) and core accounting principles.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.
- Interest in online platforms, education technology, or interview and career preparation services is an advantage.
