Job Responsibilities

Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

Location: Yerwada, Pune (Head Office)

About the Role





Panchshil Realty is looking for a detail-oriented AR Executive to manage customer billing, receivables, payment tracking, and account reconciliations. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate records, timely collections, and smooth accounts receivable operations.

What You Will Do

Prepare and process customer invoices, bills, and debit/credit notes.

Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue receivables.

Maintain customer ledgers and ensure accurate recording of receipts.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Prepare ageing reports and periodic MIS on outstanding receivables and collections.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support timely collections.

Verify payment details, receipts, and supporting documents.

Assist with month-end closing and receivables reporting.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company finance processes.

What You Bring

B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.

Working knowledge of MS Excel.

SAP or other ERP experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
