Job summery

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, cash book, bank book, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
- Handle GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory filings, as applicable.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.




- Perform other accounting duties assigned by management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar systems.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is an advantage.

Salary

As per company standards and the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
