Role: Team Leader – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Team Leader – Finance & Accounts to manage the overall accounting and finance operations, lead a team, ensure statutory compliance, and drive accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Handle statutory compliances, including TDS, GST, payroll, and ROC filings.
- Manage payroll processing, banking operations, and cash flow management.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer collections, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Monitor team performance, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with auditors,



banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and accounting operations.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, payroll, and ROC compliance.
- Expertise in MIS reporting, financial reporting, banking, and cash flow management.
- Good team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing finance operations.

Preferred Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
