Fame Throne Media is an influencer marketing and creator management agency that works with brands and content creators to develop impactful marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Client Account Management Intern with 3–6 months of relevant experience who is interested in building a career in client servicing, account management, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have basic experience in client communication, relationship management, coordination, or customer handling. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and internal teams to understand client requirements, maintain qualified relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth communication between clients, creators, and the company.

The initial internship period will be 1–2 months unpaid, during which the candidate will receive practical training and gain hands-on experience. Based on performance, commitment, communication skills, and overall suitability, the candidate may be considered for a paid role after the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, expectations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with creators and internal teams to support smooth campaign execution.
- Assist with client onboarding and maintain organized client records.
- Track campaign progress, deadlines, deliverables, and pending tasks.
- Follow up with clients, creators, and team members to ensure timely completion of work.
- Prepare client updates, campaign reports, meeting notes, and status summaries.
- Handle routine client queries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of client conversations, feedback, requirements, and campaign updates.
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, feedback collection, and post-campaign reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.




- Work closely with the founders to learn account management processes and industry best practices.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements
- 3–6 months of relevant work experience is required.
- Previous experience in client servicing, account management, customer support, sales coordination, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator management, and digital marketing.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, creators, and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and professional email communication.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Strong dedication, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling clients, responding to queries, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, social media creators, and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Experience using CRM platforms, task management tools, or campaign tracking sheets.

Internship Structure and Compensation
- Initial Period: 1–2 months.
- Initial Compensation: Unpaid during the internship period.
- Training: Practical guidance and mentorship from the founders and team.
- Evaluation: Based on work quality, communication, punctuality, commitment, ownership, and overall suitability.
- Paid Opportunity: Candidates who meet the company's expectations may be considered for a paid position after the internship.
