Key Responsibilities:

Agency Division Handling:-

- Daily accounting routines including DBS preparation & bank reconciliation.
- Tally Accounting & Advanced MS Excel.
- AI Module knowledge for generative AI.
- Export documentation, Domestic & Import LC handling.
- Working Knowledge of TDS and Income Tax.
- Knowledge of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Accounts.
- NEFT, Bank Payments & Receipts including Foreign Payments.
- Finalization, Statutory Audit & Tax Audit support.
- Foreign Receivable & Payable Accounting.
- Pre-BPO & BPO related compliances, restructuring activities, merger & demerger documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Commerce background (B. Com/BMS)
- 4–6 years of experience in agency trading, manufacturing, or service industries
- Solid proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of AI‑modules for accounting automation preferred
- Exposure to exports, imports, LC documentation, and compliance processes
- Experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage
