Key Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of the Indian real estate market.
- Service clients and support the development of new business.
- Ensure that defined transaction processes are followed and implemented diligently.
- Maintain system hygiene across Engage, Workday, databases and other relevant platforms.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling services from other business lines during client meetings.
- Ensure delivery of defined quality service standards to clients.
- Carry out property inspections, prepare shortlists and provide feedback reports to clients serviced by C&W.;
- Provide quantitative, financial and qualitative analyses.
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Review documentation for new leases and renewals, including coordination of all related documentation.
