Description

- Strong experience(Minimum 3+ Year) in Salesforce Cloud testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud).

- Hands-on experience in integration testing involving APIs, middleware, and downstream/upstream systems.

- Good understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and business processes.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.

- Lead SIT, System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support for Salesforce programs.

- Define test strategy, test approach, estimation, and execution plans.

- Drive end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated applications.

- Review and manage test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution.

- Monitor defect lifecycle and lead defect triage discussions with stakeholders.
