- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions following Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and best practices
- Define data models, workflows, integrations, and UI/UX approaches
- Oversee development using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow frameworks
- Ensure upgrade-protected development and adherence to ServiceNow standards
- Design and implement integrations using Rest/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub & Mid Server
