Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, hiring for two key positions: CA Accountant and Sales Executive for the Maharashtra Bharat Benz dealership operations. The CA Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including preparation and review of financial statements, monitoring ledgers, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and supporting financial planning and analysis. The role involves working with accounting software, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports for management, and assisting with audits and statutory filings.

The Sales

Executive will handle daily customer interactions, vehicle sales, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

Responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, coordinating test drives and delivery, maintaining sales records,



and supporting dealership marketing and promotional activities. Both roles require close collaboration with operations and management teams to support smooth dealership functioning and robust customer experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates for the CA Accountant role should possess strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance, including the ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and related digital tools is required for accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Sales Executives should have skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and basic understanding of vehicle sales processes.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or a degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred for the accounting role.
- For Sales Executives, a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline and prior experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales are beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, and readiness to coordinate with Maharashtra dealership operations are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, maintain accurate records, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards is required for both roles.
