Job Responsibilities

- Operate and program Carl Zeiss CMM for dimensional inspection of components.
- Develop, modify, and execute CMM inspection programs as per drawings and customer requirements.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspection using CMM.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and tolerance requirements.
- Conduct dimensional inspection of machined and cast components.
- Prepare and analyze CMM inspection reports and share results with the Quality and Production teams.
- Identify dimensional deviations and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper calibration, accuracy, and maintenance of CMM equipment.
- Maintain inspection records, measurement data, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room,



and NPD teams for dimensional issues.
- Support recent product development, trial inspection, and process validation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures in the inspection area.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in automotive, casting, or machining industries preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
