Role Description As a Client Relations Associate Intern at Fleet Studio, you will support the client engagement team in managing daily communication and coordination with existing and prospective clients. You will assist in preparing client presentations, documentation, and status reports, while helping track project progress and follow up on action items. The role includes gathering client feedback, updating internal systems and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. You will also contribute to basic research on client industries and competitors to support proposals and planning.



This is an on-site internship role based in Chennai.
Qualifications

- Robust client communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle calls, emails, and meetings professionally.
- Basic understanding of digital products or services (web apps, mobile apps, ecommerce) and interest in the technology or design domain.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including maintaining records, tracking tasks, and supporting project timelines.
- Analytical and research abilities to gather client requirements, perform market or competitor research, and summarize findings clearly.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; comfort with preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a quick-paced, learning-focused environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, slide decks, and collaboration platforms) is an advantage.
