Description

The Banking Operations Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing daily banking operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with banking clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee daily banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in banking operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.




- Prepare and present reports on banking operations metrics and client feedback to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-15 years of experience in banking operations or relationship management roles.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
