Position: PMO Analyst / PMO Finance Analyst

Location: Lucknow

Qualification: B.Com + MBA (Finance)/ PG

Experience: Relevant experience in PMO, Finance Operations, Project Governance, or Commercial Management

About the Role:

Monitor, Control and track project management with all Global project managers and OPS managers. Act as a central hub for the delivery team as PMO SPOC. Responsible for finance analysis Budgeting/Billing/Revenue & Inventory control. Take up and execute at least 2 new initiatives in a one-year period. Work closely with various internal enabling teams like Delivery, Procurement, Commercial, Finance. Coordinate and organize meetings, as needed with respective stakeholders. Reporting - progress status on a weekly basis. Enabling Internal and external financial audits conducted on the process/including historical cases.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with various internal enabling teams like Delivery, Procurement, Commercial, Finance.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, as needed with respective stakeholders.
- Reporting - progress status on a weekly basis.




- Enabling Internal and external financial audits conducted on the process/including historical cases.
- Drive effective budgeting, billing, revenue tracking, and inventory control to ensure financial accuracy, cost optimization, and timely reporting.
- Identify, lead, and successfully implement at least two new process improvement or business initiatives within the year, delivering measurable efficiency, quality, or revenue impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional enabling teams, including Delivery, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations, timely issue resolution, and achievement of business objectives.

Required Skills

- Should understand the contracting terminology for Field Services in the IT Infra domain.
- Understand and derive actionable information by reading a vendor contract or agreement.
- Basics of Business terminology and how MM/SD/FI works in SAP.
- Should have a fair understanding of international trade and the prevalent practices across various geographies and countries.
- Advance Excel and Excellent written communication/presentation skills.
- Understanding of modes of payments terms & SLA etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Power Query
- Dashboards
- Financial Analysis

Preferred Skills: Advance MS Excel, Excellent Communication (Verbal Written) Both.
