Qualification :MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related discipline preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire corporate clients for executive management courses, leadership programs, and corporate training.
- Build relationships with CHROs, L&D; Heads, HR leaders, and senior business executives.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Understand corporate learning needs and coordinate customized programs with university faculty.




- Manage key accounts, drive repeat business, and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and periodic performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, corporate training, or executive education.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and deal closure.
- Robust networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Existing corporate HR/L&D; relationships will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings as required.
