Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations, ensure smooth event execution, and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day banquet and event operations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for events and functions.
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure smooth service.
- Manage event setup, food service, and guest requirements.
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in banquet operations / hotel industry.
- Robust team-handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage events efficiently and work under pressure.
