About AIR G International

AIR G International is an EdTech organization focused on bringing emerging technologies into school education through AI Labs and practical learning experiences. We work with schools to introduce students to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT, AR/VR, Drones, and other innovative technologies.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with attendance management, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and other administrative documentation.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to understand recruitment requirements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining proper documentation.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools is preferred.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees professionally.
