Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Manager to lead data product design and delivery within the Pharmacovigilance and Data Strategy division. The role bridges business requirements with modern data platforms, including enterprise data lakes and Databricks, to create governed, reusable data products while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring data quality and adoption.

Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end delivery of data products and analytics, from discovery and requirements through testing, release and adoption
- Gather and document business requirements, data definitions, user stories, acceptance criteria and source-to-target needs with stakeholders
- Work with data engineering teams to leverage enterprise data lake and Databricks for data processing and consumption
- Analyze operational pain points, define reusable data products with transparent value and success criteria, and coordinate cross-functional working sessions
- Investigate data quality issues, document root causes and prevention actions,



and promote consistent governance practices across platforms

Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, life sciences, data science, information systems or related field
- 5–7+ years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, data, analytics or digital delivery; regulated-industry experience preferred
- 2+ years in business analysis, product delivery, data engineering, data platforms or comparable role
- Practical experience with enterprise data lakes including ingestion, transformation, curation and consumption
- Hands-on or delivery experience with Databricks, SQL, notebooks, workflows and governed catalogs
- Experience defining and delivering data products with requirements, ownership, quality expectations and adoption measures
- Strong SQL knowledge, ability to translate business questions into data needs and user stories, clear communication and collaboration skills
