Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn and email lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, researching target audiences, building targeted lead lists, and generating qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to support our sales and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and identify potential B2B prospects and decision-makers.
2. Build and maintain a database of 100–200+ relevant email contacts and 8 - 10 linkedin accounts.
3. Find verified and accurate business email IDs using appropriate lead-generation tools.
4. Create targeted email lists based on industry, company size, location, job title, and other criteria.
5. Develop and execute cold email and email marketing campaigns.
6. Write engaging and professional email content that generates responses.
7.



Manage email campaigns and follow up with prospects regularly.
8. Track important metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and leads generated.
9.Identify interested prospects and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
10.Research competitors, industries, and potential target markets to identify recent opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, sales development, or market research.
- Strong online research and data collection skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve targets.
