## About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, technically skilled, and client-facing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in networking, electronic security, and audio-visual (AV) collaboration tools. You will be responsible for handling technical deployments, troubleshooting on-site equipment, coordinating hardware maintenance, and interacting directly with clients to ensure seamless service delivery. ##

Key Responsibilities * Audio-Visual & VC Setup: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Audio-Visual solutions, Video Conferencing endpoints, and Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs). *

Networking & CCTV: Setting up and managing IP networks, structured cabling, RJ45 terminations, and configuring CCTV surveillance networks. *

Fire Alarm & ELV Systems: Basic deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and related extra-low voltage (ELV) infrastructure. *

Client Handling: Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing technical queries, and managing support tickets efficiently. *

Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining service logs,



tracking equipment replacements, and coordinating logistics/shipping for hardware repairs when required.

## Candidate Requirements *

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Graduate background with strong technical aptitude is also welcome).

* Technical Knowledge: *

Hands-on understanding of networking concepts, IP configuration, and CCTV systems.

* Familiarity with Audio-Visual (AV) hardware, PTZ cameras, OPS units, and video conferencing setups. *

Basic knowledge of fire alarm and security integration systems.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact professionally with corporate clients and OEM partners.

* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, punctuality, and the ability to manage on-site technical deployments independently.
