We are looking for a System Analyst to support and maintain the hospital’s end-user IT infrastructure, including desktops, operating systems, standard applications, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, performing preventive maintenance, handling OS updates and system recovery, maintaining IT asset inventory, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of user systems across hospital departments. The candidate will provide first- and second-level technical support, coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services, assist with IT deployments and upgrades, and work closely with Network, Server, and Application teams to resolve technical issues.

The candidate is expected to follow hospital IT policies, standard operating procedures,



and ISO 27001 information security guidelines, while maintaining proper documentation of incidents, asset movements, maintenance activities, and system configurations. Positive troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and documentation skills are essential. An understanding of how software applications work, including application workflows, databases, or system integrations, will be an added advantage. Candidates who can identify opportunities for application improvements, suggest process automation, or contribute ideas for application development and optimization will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
