Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans for plastic caps, closures and PET preforms.
- Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams to generate leads and acquire customers.
- Manage product presentations, brochures, catalogues, website content and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs and customer events.
- Build relationships with customers in beverage, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical and personal-care industries.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, lead generation and ROI.
- Prepare marketing reports and present findings to senior management.





Desired qualifications and experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing or packaging/manufacturing.
- Strong communication, market research, presentation and analytical skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM and marketing analytics is advantageous.

Industry-Specific Experience (Mandatory): Candidates must have relevant experience in the same industry, preferably in plastic packaging, caps and closures, PET preforms, or related packaging manufacturing. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
