Designation: Civil Project Engineer

Job Purpose

To manage and coordinate civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, architects, and other project teams.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Take measurements and verify completed work for billing and progress tracking.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement and store teams.
- Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely solutions.
- Prepare daily site updates, progress reports, measurements, and required records.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, and other works.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.




- Monitor contractor performance and manpower deployment.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the project site.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding progress, materials, manpower, and delays.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, measurements, work orders, and site records.

Required Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and basic estimation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
