## Job Overview

SR JEE Foundation is looking for motivated and goal-oriented candidates for the position of **Business Development Executive (BDE)** in the Real Estate and Housing industry. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in sales and business development.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and housing sector.

* Generate leads and build robust relationships with prospective clients.

* Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Support sales activities, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving business targets.

* Conduct field visits and client meetings as required.

* Maintain client records and prepare basic reports using computer applications.

* Coordinate with the team to achieve organizational goals.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream).

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge is required.

* Age limit: 18–30 years.

* Candidates should be motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

* Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
