Job Description: Head – IVF Centre Operations

Experience: 8–15 years, including 3–5 years in multi-centre management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead IVF centre operations, drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, enhance patient experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. Candidates must have hands-on experience in IVF and fertility centre management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Management

- Achieve revenue targets and monitor centre-wise financial performance.
- Improve patient footfall, counselling conversion, IVF cycle initiation, and profitability.
- Drive business growth through referrals, marketing, and outreach initiatives.

2. Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations and standardize processes across centres.
- Optimize manpower, infrastructure, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvement plans.

3. Clinical Coordination & Patient Experience

- Coordinate with IVF Consultants, Embryologists, Nursing, and Counselling Teams.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, quality service delivery, and timely resolution of complaints.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and strengthen patient engagement.

4. Business Development & Marketing

- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, fertility awareness programmes, and outreach activities.




- Monitor lead conversion and marketing ROI.

5. Team Leadership

- Lead Centre Managers, Counsellors, Telecalling Teams, and Operations Staff.
- Establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs.

6. Quality & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to applicable ART Act requirements, relevant ICMR guidance, NABH standards, and statutory regulations.
- Implement SOPs, conduct operational audits, and maintain required documentation.

7. MIS & Reporting

- Review centre-wise performance, revenue, footfall, conversion rates, collections, and team productivity.
- Present performance reports and corrective action plans to senior management.
