Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with excellent communication skills to handle inbound & outbound calls and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from given database
- Handle inbound queries and convert them into leads/sales
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries
- Follow up with customers, maintain call records and update CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales team for lead closure

Requirements

- 1-2 Years of experience as Telecaller / Telesales / Customer Care
- Positive communication in Hindi & English (Regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel & CRM handling
- Confident, convincing, and target-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and customer objections

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
