About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Soft Skill and English Trainer who can shape our students into confident and industry-ready professionals. You will train learners in communication, workplace behaviour, interview preparation, and overall personality development. Your work will directly influence student outcomes and placement readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in spoken English, grammar, clarity, and fluency
- Teach essential workplace communication such as email writing, presentation skills, and meeting etiquette
- Conduct soft skill sessions covering teamwork, leadership, problem-solving,



and professional behaviour
- Prepare students for interviews by conducting mock interviews and giving structured feedback
- Identify communication gaps in students and create tailored improvement plans
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure students meet company expectations
- Track student progress and maintain training reports
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, and activity-based learning sessions

Requirements

- Any degree
- 0–3 years of experience as a soft-skill, English, or communication trainer
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to handle diverse student groups with varying skill levels
- Experience in EdTech or training institutes is preferred
- Valuable presentation skills and session management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
