We are looking for an Operations Executive to work with clients and their teams to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, data management and effective usage of our platform.

This is an operations and client-facing role, not a technical or developer position.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate and upload client data.
- Configure the platform as per client requirements.
- Visit client sites for implementation and regular reviews.
- Coordinate QR tagging/stickering and other site activities.
- Train client and ground teams on the required processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Conduct weekly/monthly follow-ups and site visits to ensure proper usage and adoption.
- Maintain Excel trackers, reports and activity records.
- Coordinate between clients, ground teams and internal teams to close pending activities.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in operations, client coordination, field operations or similar roles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.




- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable travelling to client sites.
- Comfortable working with web/mobile applications.
- Facility management experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is an advantage.

No programming, coding or developer experience is required.

We are looking for someone who is organised, comfortable working with people and data, and willing to take ownership of activities from start to finish.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
