The ideal candidate should have strong culinary knowledge, practical kitchen experience, and the ability to train students in professional food production techniques and kitchen operations.

Educational Qualification

- Master’s degree in Hotel Management (MHM).

Key Responsibilities

- Teach theoretical and practical subjects related to food production.
- Demonstrate Indian and Continental cooking techniques, recipes, and presentation methods.
- Train students in kitchen operations, food preparation, menu planning, and plating.
- Explain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
- Conduct practical assessments, culinary demonstrations, and student evaluations.




- Guide students in developing culinary skills and skilled kitchen competencies.
- Assist in curriculum development, academic documentation, workshops, and departmental activities.
- Stay updated with current culinary trends and hospitality industry practices.
