Skybrick Projects LLP is a trusted interior contracting firm specializing in residential interior projects. We are looking for a creative, experienced, and responsible Lead Designer to lead our design team and deliver exceptional interior design solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the interior design team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and develop innovative design concepts.
- Conduct client meetings and coordinate with clients to finalize design requirements.
- Review and approve 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, layouts etc.
- Ensure design accuracy, quality, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, project coordination, and site execution teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
- Review design revisions and ensure client feedback is incorporated appropriately.
- Guide team members,



allocate design tasks, and monitor individual performance.
- Ensure designs align with the company's standards, budget, and client expectations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with prior experience leading or managing a design team.
- Robust knowledge of residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom design software.
- Excellent creativity, space-planning, and material-selection skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
