1. 3D Modelling and Visualisation

- Create 3D interior and exterior models for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop realistic visualisations of living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and other spaces.
- Select suitable materials, colours, textures, lighting, furniture, and finishes.
- Prepare high-quality rendered images and presentation views.
- Ensure that visualisations reflect the approved design concept and project requirements.

2. Design Development

- Convert 2D drawings, floor plans, and design concepts into 3D models.
- Explore suitable design concepts, materials, colour combinations, and furniture arrangements.
- Prepare alternative design options when required.
- Incorporate client feedback and management instructions into revised designs.
- Maintain consistency between approved 2D drawings and 3D visualisations.

3. Client Presentation and Revisions

- Prepare visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Make necessary changes based on client feedback and approved requirements.
- Coordinate with the 2D design team to ensure dimensional accuracy.




- Support the project coordinator during client discussions and design approvals.

4. Project Coordination

- Ensure that 3D designs are completed within project deadlines.
- Verify that proposed materials, furniture, and design elements are practical for execution.
- Update visualisations when approved changes occur during the design process.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, 3D Design, or a related field is preferred.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating practical design and visualisation skills is an advantage.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D modelling software.
- Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or equivalent software.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D drawings.
- Experience required:2 to 3 years

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
